For the weekly challenge over at PJ. The theme was an underwater city or scene, so here we go! I rushed it at the end, since i didn't have much time left and need my sleep. Hope you like it guys and gals.

Golden Fish by ~Larw-ck This is a wonderful example of high quality, low color count, impressively detailed PixelArt. Under magnification the amount of work put into this piece is remarkable, the dithering is simple but perfectly laid. The brightness of the fish and the shaft of surface light create an eerie underwater feel. (Suggested by =Foxbane and Featured by `ShoneGold)

Well the challenge stated an underwater city OR scene so... i just went with scene. (At least, from my memory that's what it said..)
